MICROMATA LICENSING AGREEMENT
(For both personal and commercial use).

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or
an entity), the end user, and Micromata GmbH regarding
use of the software accompanying this Agreement ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you
agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not
agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use
the Software.

This license agreement applies to the software product "Schrödinger (Tomcat in a Box)".

The Software is provided to you free of charge. Should you accept
the terms of this agreement, Micromata GmbH will grant you
the personal and non-exclusive right to install, use and redistribute
the software.
You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from
the software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or
disassemble the software.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

The Software is Copyright (©) 2003 by Micromata GmbH. The
Software is protected by both the German copyright law and
international copyright treaty provisions.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION

Place of jurisdiction is Kassel.

SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or any part of this
agreement is declared to be unconstitutional or void, or if for any
reason is declared to be invalid or of no effect, the remaining sections,
paragraphs, sentences, clauses, phrases or parts thereof shall be in
no manner affected thereby but shall remain in full force and effect.
